Here's some THINGS!

I'm sitting here listening to the music from Star Wars even though I've never watched the movie. The music is the epitome of epic, though. (This is Belle, by the way.)

When I (Belle) was mowing the waay too long lawn last week I made a maze thing for the kids:

(It was a hot day so they rigged up an extension cord to blow the fan at them while they went through the maze. lol)

Lily and Juliet dressed as vikings - they made their costumes out of some things they already had in their closet, a rug and some fabric!

Here's a story for ya:

Last month, the kids were playing outside, and they left the door open. Stuart (our cat) took this opportunity to show us his newest find: a bird. He brought it inside proudly while everyone shrieked. Luckily, we are blessed with a dad that works at home who can come to the rescue when half dead birds show up uninvited.

In the end, we put him in a bush outside and he survived. And I think he lived happily ever after, but you can't tell with birds.
