Happy Holidays!

Hello!! I know it's been awhile, but here's a Hignight family update:

The day before my (Belle's) birthday, (Nov. 2) mom and dad took me out for dinner at Vinny's (on Wards Rd, and an amazing place to eat!! 🍕)! They gave me a purity ring and letters they wrote for me. It was soooo fun!

On my actual birthday mom and dad gave me a yellow Amazon tablet that's also a kindle! (yippee!!) I love it, and - because it's yellow - I named it Pencilla, with the code name of Number Two. (If you read the Mysterious Benedict Society series by Trenton Lee Stewart you'll know why. ;)

Happy late Thanksgiving by the way! Nana, Papa, and Aunt Jo came for the week which was a blast!! 😊 We had a great time wedding planning (Aunt Jo's getting married this summer), playing games, doing crafts, and much more!

One of the 'much mores' being doing our hair in the style of the 60's. It was so. much. fun. (And no, Gabby didn't want to do it. 😟 )

Lily took a bunch of very random pictures on Thanksgiving of everyone and everything. Enjoy! (lol)

Ok, I'm just going to take a moment to promote these: these are THE BEST crackers you will ever taste, aka Pomegranate & Pistachio Crisps from Trader Joe's.

And now, we can FINALLY listen to Christmas music and put up Christmas lights! And for Pete's sake, I've been waiting all year to be joyful, jolly and merry!! (I just wonder why we're only allowed to be those things once a year?? just kidding...)

I'll post pictures tonight of the Christmas lights on the house. I would now, but they aren't very exciting... it may have something to do with the fact that the sun came out. 😉
